These terms help keep every appointment safe, smooth, and professional. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1) Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments are confirmed after we agree on date/time and required details.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce session time or require rescheduling.
- No-shows may lose the booking deposit (if applicable).
2) Age & Consent
- We follow age and consent requirements for tattoos and piercings.
- Valid ID may be requested before service.
3) Deposits & Payments
- Some bookings may require a deposit to reserve your slot.
- Deposits are usually non-refundable and go toward your final total (unless stated otherwise).
- Final payment is due on the day of the appointment.
4) Reschedule & Cancellations
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us early as possible.
- Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit because the time slot is reserved for you.
5) Health & Safety
- Please disclose any health conditions, allergies, medications, or skin issues before the session.
- We may refuse service if it is unsafe or if proper information is not provided.
- Aftercare instructions must be followed for best healing results.
6) Aftercare & Results
- Healing varies by person and skin type.
- We are not responsible for healing issues caused by poor aftercare or external factors.
7) Artwork & Design Use
- Custom designs created by the studio remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
- We may photograph finished work for portfolio/social media (we can respect privacy requests if you tell us).
8) Changes to Terms
