Return & Refund Policy
We keep this policy simple and fair. Please read before making a payment or confirming an appointment.
1) Deposits
- If a deposit is required, it reserves your time slot.
- Deposits are usually non-refundable because the slot is held for you.
- If we cancel your appointment, any deposit paid will be refunded or moved to a new date (your choice).
2) Service Payments
- Once the tattoo/piercing service is completed, payments are not refundable.
- If you have a concern, contact us within a reasonable time so we can review and support you.
3) Rescheduling
- Please notify us early if you need to change your date/time.
- Late cancellations or repeated reschedules may result in deposit loss (slot was reserved).
4) No-Shows
- Missed appointments without notice are treated as no-shows.
- In no-show cases, the deposit (if paid) is not refunded.
5) Products (if you sell aftercare items)
- Unopened, unused products may be eligible for exchange/return within a short period (if applicable).
- Opened/used products are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
